Today, Pioneer Hill is recognized as one of Pullman’s most historic neighborhoods, characterized by its striking architecture — ranging from cozy Craftsman cottages to rustic ranch-style homes — and its well-preserved historic green spaces, including Kruegel Park and Lawson Gardens.
